SolarPoolWise respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Notice of Infringement
If you believe that any content available on or through the website solarpoolheating.com.tr (the “Site”) infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification of infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which SolarPoolWise may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers
SolarPoolWise may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any material that we believe in good faith may be infringing or otherwise illegal.
Affiliate Disclosure
Please note that SolarPoolWise is an independent review and guide website focused on solar pool heating information. We do not sell any products directly. No Waiver
